February 10, 2013
As you may know by now, I decided to return to the commercial gold mining business not too long ago. There are a number of reasons for this. An old friend of mine from the 1980’s convinced me to partner up with him. We both live in Cuenca, Ecuador now and this is where our venture is headquartered.
Over the past year, I have been fortunate to make some new gold discoveries that are the very richest that I have ever seen in my life. The discoveries include both alluvial and hard rock gold. We expect to be entering into production in the first half of this year, 2013.
Now that we are busy with government paperwork related to the new concessions and the required environmental impact studies, I find that I have a little free time on my hands again. That is why I am taking the opportunity to add some new material to the web site now. I plan to keep this web site updated and growing for the rest of the year. It will be fun to share our gold mining progress with you as we move forward.
Meanwhile, my partner and I have created a small video about our gold mining venture. If you are one of my newsletter subscribers and would like to see the video on a private web page that I have set up, please send me an email with “gold mining” in the title. I’ll be glad to send you the URL where you can see our story.
Please let me know what you would like to see me post in the web site this year. How may I help you? Please comment in the Adventure Forum at the bottom of this page. Tell me what you would like to achieve in the world of adventure. Maybe I can help to hook you up with some good contacts.
Over the next month, I will be creating some new, interactive, multi-media, E-learning courses about gold prospecting, treasure hunting and wealthy adventuring. Please keep coming back to see what is new. Also, be sure and check out the Lecture Hall (just click on Lecture Hall in the left margin) where I am continually posting adventure-related news stories from around the world.
