Life Expectancy of Gold Mining Project?

How long is that? Say you work there 3-4 yrs. Want to retire. How long do you have to keep paying these monthly fees? After a daily clean-up. Who controls the Gold? Safe Keeping.

Stan's response: This project should have a life of about 3 years. You can sell your interest in your mini-concession at any time with the project owner's approval. You pay the monthly fees for the life of your operation or until you sell it.

The wash plants will be locked and only the project owner will have the key. Cleanups will be conducted every 2-4 days as appropriate. Both the project owner and the miner will be present at all cleanups to weigh the gold. Division of the gold will be done very regularly so that the product can be used to finance expenses.

Security and secure storage is provided as part of the support services. You should never find yourself in a compromised situation security wise.

Selling the Site
by: Douglas

Your responded saying you keep paying the monthly fees until it is sold. The project has a life of approx 3 years- who would be interested in buying the site after the 3 years? It sounds like it would be difficult....

Stan's response:

You would dig until it is no longer feasible or profitable. A possible sale (if you really want to go that route) would be most likely in the first year.

However, if you stick around until you have mined the property out, you would then close it down and walk away with a very large profit in your pocket. You could then reinvest in a different, larger mining project of your own if you like.
