If the Gold Mining Project Sounds Too Good to be True, It Usually Is Not True....

TO STAN GRIST:
Up-front fees. What will they total up to?
Contracts agreement. How long does the miner have to pay a percentage?
Indentured servant. Will the 5-acre concession ever revert 100% ownership to the miner? Or, is it a long-term lease/contract only?
TO READERSHIP:
I'm a wage-slave living near Chicago. Been a wanna-be treasure hunter for the last 25 years. Recently divorced and a single-dad now. Me and my son are flat broke, but willing to work for FREEDOM.
I need an investor that would pay my costs for my son and myself, and you (investor) get 50% of my labors after all monthly fees, etc... get paid. We'd essentially be indentured servants, but the investor gets 2 servants! TWICE the daily production!!
I'm serious! I have a great degree of trust in Stan Grist. If any investor-type out there trusts him too, then this may be your opportunity without lifting a finger.
My son & I will do that! WE do all the heavy lifting ;-) Anybody interested contact me at stvn8888@gmail.com
Stan's response: Great, hard questions! That's what I like to see.
First off, all of the fine details will be included in the Free Information Package. However, I will answer your questions as much as I can for the moment.
The upfront fee for the 2-hectare sub-license will be $10,000. This fee is put into an escrow account for 60 days. If either the operator or the project owner is not happy with the arrangement at any time within the 60 days, the sub-license will be canceled and the operator will receive a refund.
The project owner is looking for 10 productive miners who each stand to make a small fortune within 3 years. The project owner only makes money if the miners are making money. That is the beauty of the situation. Either everybody wins or nobody wins. This is not like the good old days of selling someone a "salted" mine.
The miner must pay a monthly percentage to the concession owner and a monthly percentage for the array of necessary support services that are included in the package. These percentages must be paid for the life of the project as that is how long the support services will be provided.
There will never be any ownership of the mini-concessions. The ownership is maintained by the current concession owner. This is strictly a sub-lease arrangement.
While partnerships will definitely be allowed, there will be rules about how many gringos can be present on the concession at any given time. We want to avoid the appearance of a "gringo" invasion.
Most operations will work with only one excavator, although two excavators is a possibility, but never more. Two indentured servants will not necessarily produce double the results :-)
