I Need to Liquidate My Real Estate

My goal is to reside in a warm climate and treasure hunt. I have a great pension but all my cash is in my real estate and my real estate is in Michigan.

Michigan's real estate market is in the basement. More than half my pension goes to support the real estate.

Stan's response: As a fellow Michigander, I can appreciate your predicament. All I can say is that life is still very inexpensive in Ecuador. If you have to take losses to get out, it might be worth it. You can live like a king here on $1,000 per month. The weather is beautiful all year round.
