Saw a lot of heavy equipment in the film clip. Can these claims be worked successfully by dredging only? How long is the lease good for and what will be the monthly fee due after the initial $10,000. Thanks, Dusty

Stan's response: This project will only allow the use of excavators due to environmental laws. If there is enough demand, a new project may be developed for dredges in a different location in 2011 or 2012.

The sub-lease agreements are open-ended time wise. They will continue as long as the mining is profitable. The monthly percentage fees continue payable for the life of the project.
