Dear Stan, Sorry about my questions but I can not open Your information page for El Dorado. I am bad or my computer is bad or both. Anyway I would like ask You basics on El Dorado.

1.what is cost per claim?,
2.Claims is under water or benches?,
3.deal is sale or lease?
4.When and how can I come to see it?

Stan's response: I'll answer your questions in order Jan.

1. The sub-license fee for a 2 hectare parcel is $10,000. This fee is held in escrow for 60 days and is refundable before that deadline if you are not pleased.

2. The concessions are on the river front and run back into higher ground. Each entire parcel is 100% commercially gold-bearing.

3. The deal is a sub-lease. However, you may sell your interest in your sub-lease to an approved buyer at any time.

4. I have sent you an email with the entire package attached, including the Due Diligence visit information.
