Welcome to

Ecuador Real Estate

Ecuador real estate is still extremely inexpensive as long as you know how and where to buy. There are hundreds of different micro-climates and diverse topographies in the country, so you are bound to find something you love.

There is currently a mass migration to Ecuador taking place. Thousands of potential immigrants are finding increasing difficult and dangerous conditions brewing in their own homelands. World economic conditions are deteriorating quickly with ominous implications.

Ecuador is still a safe, clean, fertile, beautiful and inexpensive place to live. I have been here for 25 years and don't ever plan to leave. There must be a reason why so many people are moving here. You really should check this out for yourself and see what is going on.

I will regularly be featuring different real estate opportunities on this page, so come back and visit often. The special, limited-time packages you see here are bound to move along quickly.

Introducing:

La Posada

La Posada

La Posada is a beautiful and strategically located hostel in Tena, Ecuador. I have been staying there and loving it for many years. It is a very convenient place for travelers and explorers to base themselves while enjoying all of the surrounding jungle area.

The Pano River

La Posada is located on a quiet side-street, just off Tena's main drag. The hostel sits right on the quiet Pano River with excellent views of both the river and the natural wildlife park across the way. It has comfortable, economical rooms and a secure, covered patio area which can be used by gold prospectors, kayakers and river runners to store their gear.

The Entrance

There are currently 8 rooms in the hostel with a capacity for 21 people. Four rooms overlook the river at the back and four overlook the patio area at the front. Three rooms contain three single beds, three have two single beds and two have a double bed. All rooms have television, telephone, fan, and a private bathroom with hot-water, towels and soap. If one person is staying in a room the cost is $12 per night, and if more than one the cost is $10 per person per night.

One of the Rooms

There is a large, luxurious, 2-bedroom, owner's/manager's apartment downstairs, several meters above river level. This could possibly be converted to more hotel rooms. Further, the city has already approved plans for the building of a second story which would double the size of the hotel for a very economical cost. Upgrading the hotel to luxury status would also generate significantly higher revenues.

View from the Back Balcony

The owner has recently decided to sell this beautiful property because he has plans to develop a new resort outside of town. Tena is a growing and bustling city. It has been economically booming for more than two decades. It is also the center of one of the richest gold bearing areas in the world. This is a very interesting opportunity for gold prospectors, miners and adventurers to create a base business income while working on building a lucrative gold mine or adventure business just outside of town.
