The projections that were sent to me show 70% split plus 15% taxes. What was the other 15% allocated for?
Stan's response: The 15% shown for taxes is a rough estimate. Further, the spreadsheet shows the tax calculation being done before the division of the gold. In reality, taxes should be paid "after" the gold division, resulting in a much lower number.
From the gross gold production, here is the breakdown of the gold division:
20% to the Concession Owner 25% to Support Services 30% (estimated) to miner's own operating expenses 25% net profit to miner
Please note: the 30% to miner's own operating expenses is controlled by the miner. In essence, the miner receives and controls 55% of the gross production.
